ASASP Bylaws
The ASASP Bylaws provide the basic rules for the conduct of the Union's business and affairs. Our Bylaw provisions include, but are not limited to, the methods for the selection of our Board of Directors, the creation of committees and the conduct of meetings.
ASASP Code of Conduct
In order to ensure that we are better able to represent our members and ensure that our limited resources are used efficiently and effectively, ASASP has adopted a Code of Conduct for our members. It provides guidance regarding behavior and conduct that we can expect from our fellow members.
