Who Is ASASP???? (In case someone asks)

ASASP is... 1000 voices strong, singing the same song and speaking up for respect, dignity, fair compensation, and equal opportunity every day, as we lead, administer and supervise the schools, departments, and offices of Prince George’s County Public Schools, in our effort to educate the masses.

ASASP is... 2,000 hands clapping, pointing, clinching and writing to our administration, legislators, politicians, parents whenever their ear, eyes or voice is needed for support to ensure that our students and staffs are safe and able to learn every day that WE LEAD the charge and daunting we face daily.

ASASP is… 2,000 feet and 10,000 toes walking the halls, marching for justice, running meetings, events, offices, and schools, all while STANDING UP for ourselves, our staffs, our students and for what we deserve, for what WE DO each day as we strive to prepare our students for A Different World.

It is not just Jeffery Parker, Doris Reed, Hugh Weathers, David Dzidzienyo, Veronica Matherne or our Board of Directors.
It is all 1000 of us and if we stick together. Like Sade said “Nothing Can Come Between Us.”
